Louie Novak founded Lower Rate Lending in 2024. He has 28 years of industry experience including Regional Vice President at Bank of America / Countrywide, SVP National Sales Director at Fay Mortgage Services, and Founder and Managing Partner of Quicker Loans LLC. He has B.S. in Math/Applied Science from UCLA and currently resides in Mesa, AZ.
